I was listening to E07- Materials – and it sort of struck me how much more relaxed our episodes are now, since Materials was of the first podcasts we recorded. It was also a great reminder to just create – whatever materials I have on hand, I need to use art to help me be calm, relaxed and provide much needed focus to my day.
